Kitsap Physical Therapy is teaming with Kitsap CrossFit and offering a FREE 7-week follow-along training program for our road racers, with the focus for our 5 mile runners in mind!
Kara is a physical therapist and partner at the KPT Poulsbo location and will be leading this free program.

The program is designed for 3 days every week with built-in warm-up, cross-training, running/walking workouts, and accessory strengthening to minimize injuries and enhance performance.
